Mednatural offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through USPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at any of our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product does not meet expectations, the buyer has the right to cancel their distance purchase within 14 days of acceptance. To retain the right of cancellation, the consumer must ensure that the product remains in its original condition. If the product is destroyed, damaged, or deteriorates due to causes beyond the customer's control, the consumer retains the right to cancel the purchase. If the product's value decreases due to unpacking or testing, the consumer is not entitled to a refund.

Product returns will not be accepted if at least one of the following components is missing:

  • Complete product or kit;
  • Mednatural online store purchase receipt;
  • Expiration date or expired warranty;

The product amount will be refunded within the timeframes established by our return policy.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. You can check the status of your shipment through the USPS shipping company website or the tracking information you received in your email. Remember that you can also call us at (708) 415-2415.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Yes, we ship during the holiday season, and your order may experience delays due to the high volume of shipments during this time of year. Therefore, we suggest you keep an eye on the shipping campaign and track your order.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We can ship to postal codes within a 10-mile radius of our main warehouse with a minimum purchase of $100.00
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
Yes, we have next day delivery available which can be booked from the order checkout page.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
No, you do not need to sign for your package upon delivery. If you wish to add a signature upon delivery, this is optional and available on the order at the checkout page.
